Low profile sheet metal (T-3, T-7) is used for facades, eaves, or finishing work. Low-profile sheet metal cannot be used as roofing material.

Trapezoidal sheet metal for facades

The trapezoidal sheets we manufacture are increasingly used to cover building facades. This is due to their properties and affordable price. In addition, a wide range of profiles and colors allows everyone to find the right solution for their building.

Low-profile sheets, such as trapezoidal sheet metal T-3 or T-7, are most commonly used for facades and roof finishes. Initially, this sheet metal was particularly popular in industrial halls and warehouses, but over time it began to be used for finishing garages and farm buildings. Today, it is increasingly common to see it on the facades of modern private homes, especially those with simple, rectangular or square architecture.

Gates and fences made of trapezoidal sheet metal

Trapezoidal sheet metal can be used to fill garage door frame structures, as well as entrance gates and fences in industrial and construction areas.

For large-area structures, choose a higher-profile material, such as T-18E trapezoidal sheet metal. It also requires fasteners, but they can be spaced further apart, e.g., every 1.5 m. For temporary fences, posts spaced 2.5 m apart can be used.

If you prioritize strength and resistance to wind loads or mechanical pressure, trapezoidal sheet metal T-35 R is the optimal solution.

Sheets made from it, even without additional reinforcement or frames, are sufficiently rigid, so they can be used as a durable industrial fence. Trapezoidal sheet metal T-55, the highest profile model in our range, has a similar purpose.

The structure of the houses can be either wooden or metal frame. The same types of materials, such as trapezoidal sheet metal T-14 R Classic or T-18N, can be used for both side walls and roofing. Trapezoidal sheets are divided into three types:

  • Low profile – T-3, T-7.
  • Medium profile – T-14R, T-14R Classic, T-18E, and T-18N.
  • High profile – T-35, T-35R, and T-55.

The most suitable trapezoidal sheet metal depends on the type of building.

For residential houses and farm buildings, we recommend T-18E medium-profile sheet metal, which has additional stiffening ribs and a capillary groove that facilitates rainwater drainage.

High-profile sheet metal is most often used for large roof structures, such as warehouses, industrial buildings, or apartment buildings.
